REASONING FOR DESIGN
The basis for the design of this facility is the expansion of the capacity of the camp by 150 persons, which is already 250 people per shift. This idea will be implemented by building new year-round buildings and open summer sports grounds on the top of the slope. Therefore, there is a need to provide the complex with covered premises for sports lessons and to create a connection between the housing from below and the upper gaming zone.
CONNECTIONS
The building is equipped with a passenger elevator and lifting platform for disabled people or carts in a straight staircase. This means that the object is accessible to all, closed from the natural conditions of communication on a complex relief.
SPORT
The building will provide an opportunity to organize training and competitions in various sports such as mini-football, basketball, volleyball, water polo, swimming, big and small tennis, squash, cyber, etc.
This is facilitated by the formation of the core of a sport, the centre of which is a universal sports hall, with parameters 42x24m with all adjacent premises for proper functioning. The capacity for change is 48 people, that is, 4 teams for 12 people. Each one has a separate dressing room with showers and bathrooms.
Also, there is a swimming pool with a cup 25x16m. Which will be able to accept up to 48 people per shift. There are men's and women's locker rooms, from which through the zone of separated bathrooms, showers and dispensing devices a transition to the core of a sport is arranged.
SES
The project involves state-of-the-art technologies that will ensure not only active development of sport but also serve as a new alternative source of electricity for the whole camp and surrounding area. The roof of the structure consists of solar panels, diluted with matte glass units for additional insolation of some rooms. Parameters of solar elements 1х1 m. The total area is 2300 square meters. The power of this SES is 300 kW. Thanks to it, the arena is electrically independent, and excess electricity is stored in a rechargeable battery, which sends them to the campus.
CONSTRUCTIONS
The constructive scheme is reinforced with concrete and metal frame. The pitch of the columns - 6 m, the ceiling over the girders. In the large rooms of the floor are organized by metal farms, which are supported on columns. They are 24 m long and 2 m height in the swimming pool. 24 m and a height of 2 m. Above the universal sports hall is a slightly more complex system, where the secondary farms, with a 24 meters long and 2 meters, are attached to the main farms with a length of 30 m and a height of 3 m. The roof, hanging in the form of waves, is made by a spatial plate made of metal bonds.
LIVING-SPACE RESOLUTION
The structure is dominant among the whole complex of the Name of the Young Plener. This form comes from the most effective zoning. It has enlarged dimensions both in height and in width. Finding the top of the slope emphasizes these features, especially if you look at this landscape from the side of the sea. One can see that finding on the Black Sea sets the motive of a three-dimensional solution of the building. It's like a sea wave coming straight out of the ground. This is observed due to the smooth embankment of the relief and the reflection of the turbulent sky in the stained glass windows. The complex relief divided this wave into several parts and formed a terraced building on the hill. By doing this, it smooths out this massive construction. At the same time, the styling of the facades in the camp is supported.
