More About Jack "The King" Kirby: Jack "The King" Kirby was one of the most pioneering comic creators of all time. Proficient in every stage of the creation process, he was responsible for creating dozens of unique characters for both Marvel and DC Comics. One of Kirby's most enduring contributions is the mythology of the New Gods (commonly referred to as the Fourth World).
