This is the "Bonus Toon" bumper from the Rugrats VHS release entitled "Chuckie the Brave", released on April 12, 1994 - Chuckie the Brave would be re-released in 1996 & 1998 as well but this is from the 1994 tape.

(2) The tape media(s) have began to degrade over time as well as the playback equipment (VCRs). (3) Due to the size and quantity of these transfers, these "miscellaneous materials" have been uploaded to this platform as a space & cost savings measure as these items are intended to also be preserved by some means.
