5-6 cloves minced garlic
1 can coconut soda (or 12 oz water)
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup fish sauce
2 TBSP vinegar
Garlic chili paste - optional
Chopped Thai chili - optional
- mix this together until sugar dissolves
- good for 1-2 months
