I've been thinking about critical power tests because I started doubting the accuracy of 20 minute FTP tests. I didn't like the fact that it was affected so much by mental fatigue from working full time job during the day and not being able to fully focus. I couldn't do it as frequently as I wished either. After I researched quite a bit on the topic, I decided to do it.
