Stages like this make me wonder why they even exist. There are basically no threatening obstacles, the stage has nothing to offer, and there is just nothing to make it stand out... well... unless the one giant fish enemy that does not seem to appear anywhere else in the game counts. There is also that one drop through the water with spikes, but eh, there have been far worse spike drops in Mega Man history. Certainly has nothing on force beams, that is for sure.
The boss is at least interesting... a giant tank made to look a little bit like Guts Man. He either shoots mets or bullets depending on your distance. His weakness being the one weapon with auto turbo-fire makes him go down very quickly though... The boss concept is good, but he is too short lived to be very memorable.
