1 packet Kway Teow (for 2 pax)
1 Chinese Sausage, cut into slices
4 Tofu Puffs, cut into slices
3 Eggs
4 cloves of Garlic, minced
3 Shallots, sliced
2 stalks of Spinach, cut
1 stalk of Spring Onion, cut
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Oyster Sauce
2 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
1 tsp Sugar
1 tbsp Sambal (Chili paste), optional
Dashes of White Pepper
