The ride was a familiar sight on the big fairs at the time doing places such as Nottingham Goose Fair, Hull Fair, Newcastle Hoppings as well as Leeds.

That year Leeds had a new years fair in the city centre with around 6 large rides.

This year the valentines fair returns to Leeds city centre for the first time in over two decades.
