This app helps you to configure products, which have variants.

after installing this app

enable POS variants option in products.

then you can add available variants and if they have any extra price, that too.
it also has an option to active/inactive each variant in POS.

you can see the product with multi-variant with a Multi-variant label.

we can choose the required variant combo and confirm the product.
