Perfume Bottles are a new weapon type added in the Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree DLC. There are a total of 5 Perfume Bottles to find, each having a different element type and some being ranged or close range.

This video will show the locations of where to find all the Perfume Bottles in Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree in an easy to follow order. None of them are missable, and they are all pickups except for one which is from a merchant named Thiollier.
