Ingredients quantity
Ghee 3 tbsp
Carrot grated 4 nos
Milk 2 cup
Jaggery grated ½ cup
Cardamom powder ½ tsp
Khoya ½ cup
Almonds for garnish
Method :
1. Heat a pan , add ghee , grated carrot , sauté it for about 3 -4 mins .
2. Now add milk , bring to boil along with mixture , stir continuously on low flame .
3. Let the milk gets totally thicken , now add jaggery , cardamom powder , cook until it gets dissolved totally .
4. Let the mixture gets cooked on a low flame for about 5 mins .
5. Once it start leaving ghee on the surface of the pan , add khoya , give a stir and off the flame .
6. Transfer it to serving plate , garnish with chopped almonds .
7. Serve hot .
