Growing Alfalfa Sprouts is one of the easiest and cheapest way to get a high quality source of greens in the winter. All we need for this a container, seeds, and water!
It takes roughly 5 days to grow a quart size mason jar full of the delicious sprouts.

Directions:
Day 1: Wash and strain 2 Tbsp of seeds in cold water twice. Leave water full in mason jar overnight covered with porous cloth.
Days 2-5: Wash and strain once in the morning and once at night. Fully strain the water out and do not leave the water in the jar for these steps.
Seeds should be grown and ready to eat by Day 5.
