SESSION DESCRIPTION
What does high quality primary care look like in the early childhood period, for families living at the intersection of racism and poverty? In this session, we will explore how well-child care can be designed to meet the needs of these families. We will review various well-child care interventions and their evidence, and focus in on the importance of team-based care and how to integrate clinicians, such as Community Health Workers, into the primary care team to help provide equitable preventive care to families.
