INGREDIENTS:

WHEAT FLOUR 1 ½ CUP
SALT TO TASTE
GHEE ½ CUP

METHOD:

1. For the roti mix, add wheat flour, salt, ghee, mix well and add water to make soft dough.

2. Divide the dough into 2 equal parts.

3. Roll them thick into a small disk and place it on hot tawa.

4. Make marks with the knife and cook it on both the sides.

5. After few minutes give the gashes as shown in the video.

6. Cook it till it is cooked.

7. Lastly add ghee to it and serve hot.
