Ingredients -
1 tblsp Oil
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
1/4 tsp Asafoetida (Hing)
1 small onion finely chopped (around 1/3 cup)
1/2 tblsp garlic paste
1/2 tblsp Ginger paste
1/2 cup finely chopped green beans
1/2 cup carrot chopped
1/2 cup corn seeds
2 tsps Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
2 tsps Coriander Cumin Powder
1 tsp roasted cumin powder
1 tsp chat masala
1 1/2 tsps Salt (or as per taste)
1 tsp Punjabi Garam Masala Powder
1/2 tsp dry mango powder (amchoor powder)
1/2 cup grated cottage cheese (Paneer)
2 boiled potatoes grated (around 1 cup)
1 cup processed cheese grated
1 tsp finely chopped green chilli
2 tblsps coriander leaves
8-10 mint leaves chopped
2 tblsps roasted Chana Dal Powder
Charcoal for smoky flavour
Ghee
Oil
Onion rings and green Chutney for serving
