STORYLINE:
A militant video has recorded the the grizzly death by beheading of Qari Ghulam Nabi, a Pakistani militant accused of betraying a top deputy to Taliban supreme leader Mullah Omar.
The deputy was killed in a December airstrike in Afghanistan.
The video appears authentic and unprecedented in jihadist propaganda because of the youth of the executioner.
He is thought to be about 12 years-old.
