In this Mindpoint Summit tutorial we will go over how to simply use multiple playback devices on windows. To do this you can simply install Elgato Game Capture HD and use the secondary program installed with it (Sound Capture).
You can use as many playback devices as you want with Advanced or just two with PC Gaming.
