Harro, this video is as it states, giving you information on frame data. I don't know if all of the facts are correct in the video, but they haven't failed me yet, so I'm assuming they're reliable enough to pass. If you do see something that needs correcting or better explaining, please feel free to ask. I will attempt to answer questions or take note of corrections as much as possible.

Formulas:
.....Cancels: if [Active Frames] + [Recovery Frames] + [Frame Advantage on Hit] - 1 is equal to or larger than next move's [Startup Frames]
example: 4 active + 7 recovery + 3 advantage on hit - 1 = 13, so startup for next move has to be 13 or less to work.
.....Links: if [Frame Advantage on Hit] is equal to or larger than next move's [Startup Frames]
example: 5 advantage on hit, next moves startup has to be 5 or less to work.
.....Punish: if enemy move's [Frame Advantage on Block] times -1 is equal to or larger than your move's [Startup Frames]
example: -12 on block, so your move's startup has to be 12 or less to work.
Thanks for watching!
