Ingredients:
1 cup of sprouted lentils
1 cup of diced cucumber
1 cup of tomato cubes
1 cup of chopped parsley or basil
2 tbsp mixed seeds (pumpkin, sunflower etc.)

Dressing:
Juice of 1/2 lemon juice
1 tbsp white vine vinegar or Apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp olive oil
A pinch of salt and pepper

Instructions:
