This is my second video in the list of epidemic modelling. In this video I have talked about the difference between diterministic and stochastic modelling and how the Gillespie algorithm works.
I am giving a question for you guys to do. I hope you have watched the video till the end. Try to build the model and simulate it on your google collaboratory. You can access it via your google drive. You can mail your results and codes to my account "satyam_verma20@yahoo.in" and i will come up with some new questions for you guys to practice.
Question:
Simulate a model of uni-molecular biochemical reaction in which the 1000 substrates are getting converted to product with a rate constant of 1.5. The amount of product present in the system at t=0 is 20. Build a biochemical model and simulate the model for 100 millisecond with a step size of 0.1.
