During cold and flu season, it's important to support our bodies in EVERY way we can, from eating healthy to managing stress to exercise. One extra thing we can do is support our lymphatic system, which is a central part of our immune system.
We do this by contracting our muscles around the lymph nodes, which facilitates the flow of fluids through our lymphatic system.
