Automatic volumetric divider rounder for the production of round buns. The "industrial" model is characterized by high hourly production. The model has 4 rows and reaches an hourly production rate of 6000 pcs/h.
The dough, inserted in a teflon hopper, is automatically portioned and rounded. The rounded pieces come out on a conveyor belt,
ready for manual collection or for the entrance in the following working phases. This model provides a high range of setups: through the touch screen control panel it is possible to set parameters and recipes. The
software is able to record more than 100 recipes with different adjustments of weight, rounding speed and output frequency of the pieces, with the possibility to monitor the entire process and have data updated in real time. Thanks to these settings, the adjustments the operator has to make are kept to a minimum. The operator can quickly change the settings to achieve different processes, always guaranteeing a high quality product.
The solidity and efficiency are guaranteed by a stainless steel structure; all the surfaces in contact with the dough are made of material
suitable for contact with food.A strong point is the ease of cleaning: the machine can be completely openable and accessible for quick and easy cleaning.
