Peanut Sauce Recipe: It's just a 1/2 cup of peanut butter, a dash of sesame oil, a dash of soy sauce, a small bit of chilli paste (more if you like it spicy) juice from a lime and water to thin it out! It thickens as it cooks so I keep adding water to it regularly to keep it runny!
