A soft cardamom bun, sweet almond filling, vanilla whipped cream and toasted almonds.

Pre yeast:
2 dl milk
25 g fresh yeast
4 dl flour
Cardamom dough:
3 dl flour
1 egg
0,5 teaspoon salt
1-2 tablespoons cardamom
100 g butter (room temperature)
1 dl sugar
Almond filling:
200 g almonds
1,5 dl powdered sugar
2-3 tablespoons water
1 pinch of salt
2 teaspoons vanilla powder
Whipped cream:
0,5 l cream
2 teaspoons vanilla powder

Fördeg:
mjölk 2 dl
jäst 25 g
vetemjöl 4 dl
Kardemumma deg:
vetemjöl 3 dl
ägg 1 st
salt 0,5 tsk
malen kardemumma 1 msk
smör (rumstempererat) 100 g
strösocker 1 dl
Mandelmassa:
150 g sötmandel
1,5 dl florsocker
2-3 msk vatten
1 nypa salt
2 tsk vaniljsocker
