Bow pose provides flexibility to your lower back, strengthens the spine, the upper back and hamstring and helps to open up the hip flexors. It not only improves posture but also helps relieve back pain. In this technique video, we start with some preparatory poses to achieve this asana and later dive into some of the variations of the bow pose.
