Naval Surface Warfare Center, Corona Division commemorates the Battle of Midway in Corona, Calif., June 6, 2023. Commanding Officer Capt. Michael Aier and Executive Officer (Acting) Lt. Kenneth Swinson lead the commemoration and wreath laying ceremony.

Fought on the high seas of the Pacific more than half a century ago, 3-7 June 1942, the Battle of Midway altered the course of WWII in the Pacific and thereby shaped the outcome of world events.
