Some Important points/ आवश्यक सूचना


1. Note :🌰 प्याज को हम धूप में सुखा के फिर तेल में कुरकुरा होने तक तलेंगे । अगर आप चाहे तो बिना सुखाय भी तल सकते हैं तेल में कुरकुरा होने तक ।✔️✔️


Onions can be dried in sunlight before frying.
You can also fry onions without drying it.😊



2. Note and tip - ।अभी बारिश के समय पोहो में नमी आ जाती है तो हमें पहले पोहे को कुरकुरा करना है।

उसके लिए पोहे को पहले धूप में सुखा ना है अगर धूप नहीं है तो पोहे को कढ़ाई में थोड़ा सा तेल डालकर कम गैस पर हल्के हाथों से सेकना होगा।

Note - During rainy season our poha might have some moisture and sunlight is also very low,
So to make our poha crispy in this season
You have to take little bit of oil in Kadai and fry your poha on low flame in that with light hands.
