Uganda Muslim Supreme Council the mother organisation and governing body of Muslims in Uganda has today released a draft constitution that will govern it after 36 years of waiting.
The draft constitution was presented this afternoon to the management of Uganda Muslim Supreme council at UMSC headquarters in Old Kampala.
