1 cup Rice makes about 20 idlis. These can be served with any spicy chutney or field beans Payasa/ Anumulu paravanam. The soaked chana dal can be replaced with tender mochai/anumulu/field beans. The idlis can also be roasted with a little oil on a pan and served with spicy onion chutney.
