What’s happening in this Passengers movie clip?

Aurora (Jennifer Lawrence from The Hunger Games) and Jim (Chris Pratt from Guardians of the Galaxy and Jurassic World) open a door that reveals that there is a hole in the ship. This creates a vacuum and sucks them into the hole and puts the ship into lockdown. Jim manages to pass to Aurora a tablet and she puts in on the whole and seals it with instant cement. Now that they know that there’s a meteorite that damaged the ship, they try to find where the damages are. They go to the reactor room and discover that the computer has been damaged. They find the new parts onboard the ship and replace them. However, the operation is not successful as the door is jammed and the reactor starts heating up.

What’s the movie Passengers about?
A spacecraft transporting thousands of people to a distant colony planet has a malfunction in one of its sleep chambers. As a result, a single passenger is awakened 90 years before anyone else. He is a mechanical engineer named Jim Preston (Chris Pratt from Guardians of the Galaxy). Faced with the prospect of growing old and dying alone, he eventually decides to wake up a second passenger, after a year of isolation. He chose to wake up a woman named Aurora Lane (Jennifer Lawrence from The Hunger Games). However, he does not tell her the truth and pretends her sleep chamber had a malfunction too and this is why she is now awake like him.
As Jim and Aurora face living the rest of their lives on board, with every luxury they could ever ask for, they develop a unique love story. But they soon discover that the ship is in grave danger. The lives of 5,000 sleeping passengers are at stake and Jim and Aurora are the only ones who can save them all.
