2016 challenger SXT (3.6 V6) with:
1) Stock down pipe, 2.5” catback with X-pipe and Cherry Bomb Vortex mufflers.
2) Stock downpipes, 2.5” catback with H-pipe and Cherry Bomb Vortex mufflers.
3) Custom down pipe(2.75” with high flow cats), 2.5” cat back, with H-pipe and Cherry bomb vortex mufflers.

-An H-pipe on these cars will remove some rasp and make the exhaust just a TINY bit deeper.
-Adding high flow cats or removing the cats will greatly increase rasp and loudness.
-Increasing down pipe and catback diameter will make the exhaust sound deeper and louder.

Revs are to ~4K RPM.
Pipes aren’t welded in place, only fitted together, this may distort the sound some; however, so far from my experience it has proven to sound almost identical.

BTW, using good headphones really helps hear the difference!
