Burpee Push Up Challenge | 3-5-7 Magnum Burpee via Adrian and Nico #Shorts
Big shout out to Adrian and Nico for inspiring me and many others to get stronger! To show us that when you put in the work anything is possible. These 3-5-7 Magnum Burpees are a burpee variation I got from Adrian and Nico. Now, I am doing what I can and that is all that counts! Start where you are, work with what you have and evolve into greatness.

The other variation to this burpee is the 1-2-3 Magnum Burpee so instead of doing 3 push ups, then 5, then 7 you just do 1 push ups, then 2 push ups, then 3 push ups aka the 1-2-3 Burpee.
MY WEIGHT LOSS STORY
I am on a journey to lose 100 lbs and build strength at the same time. After giving birth in 2014 my health deteriorated. I experienced debilitating chronic pain, which led to depression and weight gain. For years, doctors and physiotherapists had no answers. In 2017, I met a pelvic floor physiotherapist that change my life. She performed traditional Chinese acupuncture and pelvic floor physiotherapy. The pain began to subside, and I was able to reclaim my health. I started working out and eating right. My goal is to help inspire others to never give up no matter what. I’ve had doctors, family and friends give up on me but I did not give up on myself. You got what it takes to conquer any challenge this life throws at you. Now, go make it happen!
