For a summary of the whole thing, charlie joined rust late so he was unaware of all the drama that was going on between team rocket and the rest of the server - he however was interested in the team with the most action, so chat told him to join team rocket and so he did unaware of all the enemies and drama team rocket had.
Sadly nobody explained to him what was going on, who his enemies were - so he just went with the flow and started doing whatever his team says.
However charlie unlike many in Xqc's team does enjoy roleplaying and respecting boundaries and playstyles, so when he would kill players like ash and sydney he would apologize since it wasn't his intent to have beef with anyone just have some wacky plays - he plays the game for fun just likes action, he is not a tryhard and will admit when he is wrong.
Furthermore because people know how charlie acts, it makes it easier for things to resolve in a peaceful fun manner instead of the unsettling silence of being killed without even knowing the reason why - and so even if charlie kills someone they usually don't mind.
To summarize the timmy situation, charlie joined the server as mentioned without knowing what was happening or the past interactions between his team and other players - therefore he understandably was frustrated if those players just killed him on sight without ever even introducing themselves to him - because hey, at the end of the day it's just a game and given that they are streamers they feel responsible for their chat enjoying the gameplay or not.
Given that charlie is new to the game he also struggled just defending himself in general, so when timmy started basecamping and strategically picking him off repeatedly charlie was frustrated because all his stream consisted off for the past hours was him being killed repeatedly while he was unarmed and new to the game, he couldn't even get properly equipped at times and even then he still had less experience so he honestly had no chance.
Now from timmys perspective, it seemed he didn't even know monster was charlie and whether charlie was aware of what was happening etc, all he knew was that monster was xqc's teammate and he was a "free kill".
Charlie let it be known to timmy one of many times he got killed unarmed, that he was not having fun and his main issue was that timmy didn't even talk to him at all - he had never talked to this guy once in the server.
So overall he had a bad first impression of timmy, taking into account that charlie had no idea what xqc had done prior to him joining the game.
In summary, timmy should have at least reached out to charlie and explained what was happening since they had never talked before - he basically ruined charlies stream taking into account his inexperience with the game and the state of the server.
I knew something like this would happen as soon as charlie joined xqc, since charlie as mentioned does not take the game as seriously in the action department as team rocket.
But anyways, Timmy ended up with 20 subs for the whole situation so that's a win for him.
My personal ideal playstyle for charlie was to be a mercenary for hire and interact more with lud and jack, that way he could be warlord on his own terms and not just follow orders to commit murders for reasons unknown to him.
But I guess it worked out in the end.
