Recipe ingredients for this Devine creation
Separate 5 eggs and reserved yolks and whip whites stiff
1 stick butter, softened (1/2 c)
1/4 c Shortening
1/4 c Vegetable oil
2 c sugar
1 tsp of a great Vanilla Extract
2 c self rising flour (about 250 grams)
1 tsp Baking soda
1/2 c Buttermilk
1/2 c heavy whipping cream
Icing:
1 & 1/2 blocks of 8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 stick butter, softened (1/2 c)
1/4 c heavy whipping cream
2 tsp to a Tbsp Vanilla
2 pounds powdered sugar (icing sugar)
