Step 1️⃣: Get in Stance
Start in your boxing stance with your feet shoulder-width apart and knees slightly bent. Keep your guard up to protect yourself.
Step 2️⃣: Weight Shift
To pivot to your left, shift your weight onto your lead (left) foot. For a right pivot, shift your weight to your rear (right) foot.
Step 3️⃣: Rotate the Foot
For a left pivot, rotate your lead foot counterclockwise, pivoting on the ball of your foot. For a right pivot, do the opposite, rotating your rear foot clockwise.
