In this video I explain how to pack on quality muscle in a short amount of time. Bulking is one of the most effective methods at putting on quality, lean muscle mass - this is why most bodybuilders go through a bulking and cutting cycle annually. Drinking your calories is extremely effective at consuming calories at a fast pace. For me, having a protein shake every night before bed was crucial to putting on muscle mass. Gaining weight and bulking up can also help considerably with strength gain too. In this video I also explain the bulking shake I use to gain weight, consisting of protein powder, amongst other all natural ingredients that will help you gain size and strength. My bodybuilding career has been all natural, and I have never taken steroids/PEDS.
