2kg Chicken Biryani Recipe
Ist Step :
Cooking Oil 1 Cup
Ginger and Garlic Paste 2.5 Tablespoon
Red Chili Powder: 2 to 3 Tablespoon
Salt : 1 Tablespoon or as Per your taste
Green Chili Paste : 1 to 1.5 Tablespoon
Water : 2 Cup
Clove : 7 to 8
Black pepper: 16 to 18
Cinnamon Stick: 2 of 2 inch
Green Cardamom ( Optional) : 6 to 8
Bay leaf ( Optional) : 2
Yogurt: half Cup
Potato: Optional
Mix it very well
Cook on high Flame for 6 to 7 minutes for home cooking cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
Step : 2
Food Colour : 1 tea Spoon
Red Chili Flake: half Table spoon
Yogurt: half Cup
Step: 3
Tomato 500 gram
Coriander Leaves: half Bunch
Mint Leaves: half Bunch
Cumin seeds: 2.5 Tablespoon
Dry Plum: 5 to 6
Fried Dry Onion: 20 gram
Mix it very well then Add on it.
Step : 4
Rice Sela or Basmati: 2kg soak in Water for 30 minute then boil rice 50%.
Add : Boiled Rice Water 1 cup
Cook on high Flame for 5 minute then cook on low Flame for 15 minutes.
Then Add Cooking Oil: Half Cup
