Does this sound familiar lost shop productivity angry customers angry technicians loss bonuses lost profits low production repeated come backs repeated misdiagnosis replacing unnecessary parts but why. LAZY, CHEAP or IGNORANT Think about it. I’ve worked in over 1200 mechanical shops as a subcontractor vendor to come in and diagnose air-conditioning problems or fix problems caused by shops over my years in my local area and when this scenario comes about I usually get shrug shoulders or I get the comment it’ll work anyway or how about this one I’ve done it many times and it usually works good enough or if it breaks I’ll just turn the compressor in under warranty as defective. This is one of 1000 excuses for not doing it right then you have the deer caught in the road with the headlights in the eyes expression or just a simple “ l DIDN’T KNOW”. WTF Is wrong with this trade.
