Follow this recipe to make a traditional CHIMICHURRI Sauce. Chimichurri is a very versatile sauce that can be served with all different kinds of meat (beef, pork, poultry, seafood, lamb, etc) it is also a great sauce to serve with grilled or roasted vegetables. #chimichurri
Ingredients:
1/2 cup of finely chopped parsley
2 tablespoons of finely chopped fresh oregano leaves ( can be substituted by dry oregano)
1 finely diced Fresno Chili ( can be substituted by other verieties of chili for extra heat)
4 minced cloves of garlic
3 tablespoons of red wine vinegar
1/2 - 3/4 cup of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt
Fresh ground black pepper
Optional - Red Chili Flakes
