A Nightmare on Oak Street! This is our 2nd video in a 3-part "Nightmare Before Christmas" series to bring back the #halloweenvibes just in time for the winter holidays. The show came complete with music, prizes and a costume contest.
Sponsored by Alter Ego Costumes & Design (@alter_ego_chico), the Porchside (@330porchside_) Halloween event delivered just the right frightful atmosphere as the masses rolled in for another great Porchside show. With an opening set dressed in full Freddy Krueger attire, Propper helped hype the crowds up for the bands as old-school horror movies got set up to the side. Melli Fariass and her crew followed up with a unique flurry of soulful dance-pop getting everyone moving. Next was Rachel Spung and The Soul Service adorned in Shrek-themed outfits laying down a frenzy of virtuosic grooviness. Headlining the night was local party favorites, Sounds Good?, with their funky big band, big attitude, big sound blazing through the crowd, leaving no question how good they sound.
