Using my Sorinex Jammer arms to creat machine lat pull. This set up works great!
A couple thing I will add, I need to come up with a way to stop the bench for sliding. And I order snap clips to secure the weights on the storage pins!
Items needed
- lever arm or jammer arm
- adjustable bench
- half safety spotters
- handles. I’m using the mutant metals handles I highly recommend
