Testing out Viego becoming ornn.
-He can immediately upgrade ally's items if Ornn is lvl 14+.
-Viego cannot buy items in Ornn form (expected).
-Viego cannot upgrade his own item.
-I also believe as Ornn, the upgrading boost from Ornn passive, is unique to how many items you've (the viego player) have upgraded as Ornn.
-I expect that becoming Ornn doesn't refresh the ability to upgrade ally's items. Ex. Becoming ornn lvl 14, upgrade item, become ornn again lvl 14, theoretically you won't be able to upgrade another but forgot to test that one too.
