Join me today guys for this 20 min Real Time Resistance Band Workout that you can do absolutely anywhere. Today's resistance band workout will be all compound movements combining multiple muscle groups.
There will be 10 batches of compound movements and we will be doing 2 laps. Each of the batches we will be doing for 40 seconds with 20 secs rest to get yourself set and in position for the next batch
I love resistance bands and love how they can hit the muscles in a totally different way than dumbbells.
A different feel , burn and type of resistance and the beauty is you can do the workouts with them absolutely anywhere
Perfect for a workout outside in the good weather.
In this workout I am just using a door handle for some exercises while waiting for a new door stop anchor to arrive
Make sure if using your handle it is a sturdy one. But ideally if you have something more secure to put your bands around then use it instead
So grab a drink , grab your resistance bands and let's smash this
