Once you find the Ho-Oh club in Kabuki where Jotaro Shobo is, you’ll notice a guard near the entrance. However, you can slip through a side alley door to the right instead. This leads to either a Body 7 door or a Technical Ability 7 door up a fire escape. If you can’t go this way, you’ll unfortunately need to go through the front door. Taking the Technical Ability 7 door leads through a building where you can hop outside along some air ducts.
These air ducts will get you to the Ho-Oh club balcony where one person is. You won’t be able to get past them quietly unless you use Reboot Optics on them. This will make them blind temporarily, allowing you to sneak up and take them out. Just be careful of the camera nearby as well. Afterward, you can find Jotaro Shobo in a nearby room, potentially through the window on the balcony. Shobo is wearing a full white suit if you see that first.
Make sure you’re prepared to grab Shobo as you’ll need to bring his body out of the club. If you went in guns blazing through the entrance, this will probably be pretty simple. Otherwise, you can try climbing back out the balcony with his body. Just be careful to not drop all the way down to the ground. If you hop onto the balcony and then head back over to the air ducts, you can hop down onto one of the hanging lights. This will prevent you from taking any fall damage on the way down.
Once you get Shobo out of the Ho-Oh club, simply make your way across the street to a car. Then, head to the back of the car where a button prompt will appear to “Dump Body”. Afterward, you’ll receive a call from Regina Jones with your reward now that the Monster Hunt gig is complete.
