Food is something that we all love and when people ask what I love the most I always say CHEESE. And I am very happy to be born in Georgia, country where cheese is one of the main ingredients in so many dishes, one of which is, of course, everybody’s favorite Khachapuri. In this video we (me and my mom behind the scenes) will be sharing our khachapuri recipe, it is very easy and fast to make, dough is very nice and tender and is simply melting in your mouth together with the cheese. Here are the ingredients:

- 400 gr matsoni (Georgian yogurt)
- 100 gr sour cream
- 100 gr olive oil
- 250 ml sparkling water
- 1 tea spoon of soda
- 1 kg flour
- 1 kg cheese
