The Chairman of the military land board Lt. Gen. Joram Mugume has warned that the rampant land grabbing across the country, including that inside the military barracks, poses a security threat to the nation. Appearing before the commission of inquiry into land matters on Friday, Lt Gen Mugume gave a detailed account of how land inside several military barracks is being grabbed by unscrupulous people.
