This videos go over how to vacuum seal and freeze leftover BBQ to have at a later date and still be as good as the day you cooked it. Once you’re ready to eat all you have to do in put the sealed bag into a boiling pot of water and let it come up to temperature and it’s ready to go. You don’t have to worry about drying out the meat by following this method. Hope it helps.
Take care.
