In this Satsang Roger talks about the benefit of dropping into the body and feeling. This is where we might bump into the Being at the core of the human, a sense of existence which will never be found in the head.
He also speaks of following a new set of instructions in life and starting to do what we 'feel' to do rather than following the long list of should's and shouldn'ts which when investigated turn out to simply be a strategy to acquire as much pleasure as possible, primarily love from the other, in the mistaken belief that this will someday provide a feeling of wholeness.
