This is a simple and quick French toast roll ups recipe in 3 ways and is perfect for breakfast or brunch.
The following is what you will need:
6 sliced bread
3 large eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Butter for cooking
Nutella
For Filling:
Banana, Strawberry, Apple cinnamon mixture
Flatten the bread and apply some Nutella in one edge of the bread. Stack the filling in the same area where you applied Nutella. Roll it up and seal it with an egg wash. Dip the bread in the egg and milk mixture and toast it on a grill pan.
Optional: Coat it with sugar.
