Tom:
“I work full-time in an office, and after long periods of sitting at my desk I become stiff, particularly in my right hand. It’s then difficult to use the computer or write and it affects my concentration.
I am able to manage this problem using a personal exercise programme that is specific to my needs. I remain at my desk and simply stretch out my arm, leg and hand muscles. I normally need to do this once or twice a day, but I don’t mind it because it makes me feel looser.”
